Purchase Agreement BERNINA SOFTWARE by SOD

SOD (short for School of Digitizing) do not claim any right

for the software, as we do purchase it like any else should:

at an authorised Bernina Dealer.

These classes may not be copied, distributed or use as is

for public use unless a written application has been presented

to SOD and a written agreement has been given.

All images and designs we use in our training plans

is either our personal and we do not share, or and

when we have permission we share with our

members and give credit to those applicable.

Permission will be granted under fair agreement

to both parties to use the classes as is, for

training in your shop or private. Without

those training this WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

AND STEPS WILL BE TAKEN.

We use Bernina Software V6 currently

Bernina cutwork software shortly

and

Embird for our training schedules.

We also, by using of these material

contribute to the distributrion (not by us)

of these products and therefore it will be

to all benefit to work together.

With this logo it is easy to reconise our products.
